Lorraine Moreno, LCSW

CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CLINICAL DIRECTOR & PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Fordham University, MSW – Class of 2020

Lorraine Moreno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and unwavering compassion to the clients and communities she serves. Specializing in grief and loss, Lorraine creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can process pain, discover strength, and experience meaningful healing.

A proud graduate of Fordham University’s School of Social Work, Lorraine’s professional journey has been rooted in both heart and purpose. Her career spans working with individuals with special needs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and developing strategic plans for practice development and growth. She has served in group practices offering holistic services, and she thrives in environments where collaboration, personalized care, and ethical excellence are the standard.

As a clinician, supervisor, and business owner, Lorraine is deeply passionate about ensuring that therapy is done with integrity, empathy, and effectiveness. Her mission is twofold: to offer the highest quality care to those seeking healing, and to raise up future clinicians who are deeply committed to the responsibility of this profession. She believes therapy has the power to transform lives—and she treats that power with deep reverence.

Lorraine became a therapist because she understands the life-changing potential of the therapeutic relationship. She’s witnessed incredible growth when clients are truly seen, heard, and supported. Her favorite part of the work is seeing someone evolve into a version of themselves they never thought possible. For Lorraine, that kind of transformation is not only fulfilling—it’s sacred.

Beyond her professional world, Lorraine finds joy and creativity in quilting, scrapbooking, painting, and hiking. She cherishes time spent with her son and their cats, and believes deeply in the impact of small gestures—like a smile—that can brighten someone’s day. To her, helping others is not a job, but a calling she lives out with intention and grace.

Her personal goals are rooted in love and connection: to be the best mother she can be, to travel and see the world through fresh eyes, and to continue building a life and legacy filled with warmth, family, and joy
